Bare Ground Applications:
Bare ground applications are an effective solution for maintaining clean, low-maintenance zones across commercial properties. This treatment prevents unwanted vegetation in non-landscaped areas such as gravel lots, fence lines, building perimeters, and other difficult-to-maintain spaces. It’s especially beneficial for stopping overgrowth before it starts, reducing the need for labor-intensive and costly cleanups.
By preventing vegetation from returning, bare ground applications help save both time and maintenance costs throughout the year, while keeping your property looking professional, safe, and well-managed.
How it works:
Bare ground applications prevent vegetation from growing in treated areas for up to 6 months, so we recommend two applications per year. To start, you'll need an initial burn-down treatment to eliminate any existing growth before the bare ground product can take full effect. These applications can begin at any time of the year.
After your first year, you'll be set up on a regular schedule with one application in January and another in July to maintain a clean, low-maintenance area year-round.
